Volunteers

We always need volunteers to help provide safe and enjoyable races for all club members. Some of these are family and friends of our racing members, some of these are actual racing members sacrificing their race to help out, and some are special groups we invite along to help out.

If you can't race in a particular month, or if you are a friend family member who is coming along to watch, then maybe you can give a bit of time and effort back to the club to help out.

Juniors are invited to help out after the C-Grade Race has finished and they have caught their breath, under the supervision of an adult.

The marshalling positions we may need help with and the duties involved at Summerland Point, for example include:

If you can help out with in any of these roles at this month's race, please send an email to to let us know you can volunteer.

Central Coast Triathlon & Multisport Club would like to thank the following organisations for providing us with their services:

The State Emergency Service provide us with traffic management services, keeping the Summerland Point cycle course safe.

Gwandalan Lions Club are the area's primary service club, and hold a wide variety of community activities to benefit the Gwandalan and Summerland Point Peninsula.

We hope that we will never need them, but it's valuable to have St John Ambulance officers on-hand with their experience and equipment should an emergency ever arise, from a simple scrape or cut through to something more serious.

Surf Life Saving Central Coast provide us with water safety during the Summerland Point and Gosford Twilight Aquathon races - sitting out along the swim course on paddle boards ready to help any swimmer in need of assistance

The Volunteer Rescue Association help out at the Gosford Twilight Aquathon, ensuring that runners are kept safe from road traffic at driveways and boat ramps.
